Total leads are available on your VWD elottery website, These are Leads which are added to your prospector.

100 leads for £65
200 leads for £117
400 leads for £211

They are supposed to be targeted leads, i.e. people looking to play lotteries online. How the leads are generated I dont know. The recepient still has to click to opt in to receive the usual 7 prospector emails.

I have never used them myself, but have heard mixed reports, sometimes you get a fair number of sign ups, sometimes only a couple. But if anyone has any other experience of total leads.
